Photo Booth Backdrop & Image Framing Disclaimer (Raw Images)
Our Photo Booth backdrop is positioned and adjusted at the beginning of service; however, due to guest interaction, venue conditions, foot traffic, and other factors beyond our control, the backdrop and/or Photo Booth equipment may shift or move during the event.
The camera captures the entire area within its field of view, and raw, unedited images included in the digital photo album may contain portions of venue walls, ceilings, flooring, furniture, décor, equipment, or other items visible within the camera frame. As a result, some photos may not be perfectly centered on the backdrop.
Our Photo Booth Attendant will make reasonable efforts throughout the event to monitor and reposition the camera and backdrop as needed. However, the attendant is also responsible for assisting guests, organizing and maintaining props, ensuring the printer is functioning properly, replenishing print media when necessary, and managing overall booth operations. Due to these responsibilities and the continuous flow of guest activity, minor variations in camera positioning, backdrop alignment, and image composition may occur.
By utilizing our Photo Booth services, the client acknowledges and accepts that some images may include areas beyond the backdrop and that perfect framing cannot be guaranteed at all times.
